Our Muay Thai program is a great way to get in shape, learn to fight, build confidence and have fun. We cater to all levels from first-timers to Amateur & Professional Fighters.

Our program is Led by Head Coach Dan Covel, black belt from Marcelo Garcia. We cater to all levels from first-timers to Amateur & Professional Grapplers.
We offer Gi and No-Gi Classes.

Kid’s Muay Thai
We designed a great martial arts program for kids ages 6-16 based around the fundamental techniques of Muay Thai (KickBoxing). In this class, your children will develop discipline, coordination, strength, and cardio while learning to work in a team environment. And most importantly – have a ton of fun.
We offer the program 3 days a week.
Kid's Jiu-Jitsu
Led by Head Instructor Dan Covel, our BJJ program is a great way for your kids (ages 6-17) to lose weight and have fun! Also they will learn self defense, gain self confidence & self esteem!
